This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
might have romanticized this shit in my head after reading some reviews but i just loved how symbolic every scene and aspect of this film was, the shots were of course beautiful but i also found their relationship beautiful in a way too. Yes, Koh is extremely self-destructive and in a way pulls her under the water he, himself is drowning in, too. (not literally) But, he also saves her from drowning in the end. Just like she did in the boat scene when she pulled him up from the water, his own self-destruction after he had fallen in to it again. It sure is a complicated relationship and so is the film as a whole and as much as it is tragic and painful from both perspectives it is also beautiful.

This is literally about a masochistic girl chasing a guy who treats her badly.
